JB-500B Impact Testing Machine

Uses and characteristics:

The production of JB-500B Impact Testing Machine is strictly according to GB GB/T3808-2002 "pendulum-type impact test machine" by our company, the impact testing is according to GB GB/T229-2007 "metal Charpy test method gap out". The maximum impact energy is 500J, with a 250J bob. The Specimen cross-section is 10 × 10mm. It mainly used for ferrous metal of   toughness, particularly the testing of iron, steel and its alloys.
The use of the difference of potential energy between prior  impact and the remaining  potential energy ,showing the degree on the scale, getting  the sample to absorb reactive power; It is  semi-automatic testing machine on the operation, easy to operate, efficient for working, after cutting off the specimen, the remaining energy of the automatic swinging will be ready to do the next impact testing, so  in laboratory of doing continual testing and other  metallurgy, machinery manufacturing departments of doing  substantial impact test ,this machine can  manifest better advantages.
