JB-300B Impact Testing Machine

Ⅰ Use and Characteristic of the Tester                           

JB-300B-type impact testing machine is used for measuring the metal material resistance performance under dynamic load, in order to determine the material properties under dynamic load.

JB-300B tester is developed strictly according to GB/T3808-2002《model swinging hammer impact tester》international standard. It does impact test to mental material according to GB/T229-2007《impact test method of mental gap》.The maximum impact energy is 300 Joule with a hammer of 150 Joule. Dimension of breaking surface of the sample is 10*10mm. It mainly does test to black metal, especially to steel and its alloy.

   The product theory is to present the difference of energy before impacting and after impacting on the degree set, through which we can gain the absorbed skill. The advantage of it could be presented better in the sample test.
