Cupping Testing Machine

This machine adopts the design of integration of machinery with electronics, its appearance is clean, generous, and it is a precise equipment for testing the metal strip and sheet, it can realize plastic deformation properties in the process of testing metal sheet and strip according to GB GB4156-84 “Metal Cup penetration test method”; it can also realize testing the anisotropic non-ferrous metal plate according to GB5125-85 “process of non-ferrous metals Cup test method”.

 1. The Cup penetration Testing Machine adopts a new structural principle, can achieve constant control of speed rate.      (In the past, the energy of fuel tank can not achieve constant control of speed rate, hydraulic sensor’s precision and accuracy performance is also lower).
2. Our company has produced a new type of cupping testing machine, has already transformed the past oil source into permanent servo electric motor speed loading; at the same time, the hydraulic sensor has been replaced by                                                                 dyadic  sensor, has greatly enhanced the precision and accuracy of the penetration value.
3. Cupping measuring instruments measure the grating, resulting in improved aircraft controllable.

4. Both the hardware configuration and the principle of power transmission are better than the original machine, it has been very improved greatly ,the configuration of the computer control achieves the perfection of this machine, showing the results of the statements, storage, batch, curve drawing and so on.
